Dear Mr. Peterson,

I am writing this letter on behalf of HR department of Wisdom Enterprises Limited to let you know that you are being terminated from your job post of sales executive. The termination would be effective from 10th February 2013.

We regret to inform you that your employment with Wisdom Enterprises Limited has been terminated because of the following reasons:

1)      It was noticed that your absenteeism has exceeded the allowed number of leaves and you were absent from the work even after repeated warnings and calls.

2)      The disobedience and carelessness towards your work.

3)      The nature and quality of work submitted by you was below standard and unacceptable by the company’s seniors.

4)      Lack of sincerity, conduct and regularity.

The above mentioned reasons assure your termination, strictly according to the company’s policies and procedures. Severance payments, dues and salary would be paid to you by 7th of February. You are requested to return company’s assets and property in possession latest by 8th February.
