Sub: Termination of Contract Letter


Respected Sir,

This is a formal intimation to you, conveying the decision that has been taken by our Board of Directors regarding your contract with us. We regret to inform you that we have unanimously decided to terminate the contract owing to non-payment of fees for a period of one year.

It is against our company policy [Article 1, Appendix 9 of POLICY] to accept such a long period of non-payment, and therefore we have no choice but to terminate your contract. A legal notice to the same effect will be dispatched shortly and is expected to reach you in a couple of days.

As per the terms and conditions of the contract, since it is being terminated before the official date of termination on 13th September 2013, you will be expected to pay us the damages [please check attached document for a complete and accurate account of the damages owed]. We will get in touch with you regarding the same as well. We wish you luck in your future endeavors.
