Dear Sir,

This is reference to the HR report of your performance as a Junior Manager in the marketing department of QW Corp in the period December 11, 2010 to Dec 10, 2011.

We are sorry to say that you have not been able to perform up to the mark. You have failed to meet the company sales target ten times out of twelve instances that is non-permissible.

As you know, the annual sales target of the QW Corp is divided into twelve parts and spread across every month of the financial year. You need to meet at least six months’ target out of twelve, to continue in the post of Junior Manager, Marketing.
