Dear Sir,

(Subject: termination from the position of deputy in-charge due to misconduct)

It has to come to the notice of our senior management committee that you are continuing to create nuisances at the work place with the fellow workers and seniors.

You had been previously warned thrice – on December 17, 2011 for picking up a fight with a junior officer, on Dec 28, 2011 for picking up another fight with a fellow worker and on January 19, 2012 for abusing your immediate boss. But due to recent event that took place in our office on January 21, 2012, it seems that you have decided to continue with your acts of misconduct in-spite of repeated warnings and reminders.

The management has decided to terminate your position from immediate effect. For any further query, you can contact us.

Yours truly,

Tim Pringle
