Subject: Permission to tenant to install cable television

Dear Miss Honour,

I hereby grant you permission to go ahead with the necessary repair and installation work required to get cable television services at the apartment owned by me at 622 Astor Avenue, London, which has been rented to you from July 1, 2012 to June 1, 2013. I understand that you have already talked to the service provider and have made the necessary arrangements. Please note that I will not be making any monetary contribution to the installation process and you will have to pay for it solely from your own pocket. You can take the wires, satellite dish antenna and other equipment related to the installation with you when your rent term is over.

Please ensure that the installation people maintain the property well and there are no damages to the structure of the house. If any damages are found upon inspection later, the expenses will be deducted from the deposit money you have paid me or be added to your monthly rent. Besides that I have no problem, and hereby give you permission to install cable television at the house.

Yours truly

Lyman Golmes
