Subject: Termination of scholarship

Respected Mr. Diamond,

I, Roger Moore, Chief Dean of London University is writing this letter to inform you that your scholarship has been terminated. You have an eighty percent scholarship in order to pursue Masters in Economics from London University. The termination date will be effective from 5th of June 2012.

There are few rules and regulations in the University that a student needs to follow and adhere to. It is compulsory for a student to have hundred percent attendance in the first semester. But you have failed to do so. You have only sixty percent attendance and this is not acceptable. You were warned about it and were asked to take extra classes in order to make up for it, but you did not do so. Now you will have to pay your complete fees instead of the twenty percent that you were supposed to pay.

The institute is sad for taking such decisions, but we cannot help it. We have to set examples to ensure that rules and regulations are followed.

Regards,

Roger Moore

Chief Dean

London University
