Sub: Grievance letter

Dear Mr. Roberts,

I am writing to you to express my grievance over the food service of your hotel.  I have been staying in your hotel for one week now and on the several occasions that I took my meals in the dining area, the service of the waiters were late.  I had to wait for my food for more than 30 minutes and when the food arrived, it was either overcooked or undone.  I have already given my complaint to the kitchen staff but the same continued to happen.

I am a regular client and I stay at your hotel every time I have a business dealing in the city, but I have only experienced poor food service this time around.  I hope this problem will be resolved soon as I still have another reservation at your hotel for the coming months.
