Sub: Order Termination Letter

Dear Mr. Mark

I am writing this letter to inform you that the management of our company has decided to terminate the order that we have placed with your company on 5th September 2012.I am sorry to inform you about the termination of the order of five thousand units of oil filters which was to be supplied by your company to us in the next one year. The quality control department of our company has found that the initial one thousand filters that you have supplied to us in the first phase of the consignment are of very poor quality. We are not going to compromise with the quality as installing such components is against our safety standard.

So we have no other option left but to terminate the order. I would also like to inform you that we have blacklisted your company for tenure of three years. I would also request you to refund the advance that the company has made to you at the time of placing order. Please find the termination documents enclosed with this letter.
