Subject: Letter of intent for working as a teacher in your school

Dear Madam,

I am hereby writing this letter to express my interest in working for the position of an English teacher in your school which was advertised in last week’s employment newspaper. Please find my resume enclosed for further information regarding my profile.

To tell you briefly I have about 7 years of experience as an English teacher in a high school along with a post graduate degree in English literature. I am an all-rounder and believe in giving the best possible values along with academics to school children. I possess a great teaching ability that will ensure that learning becomes a fun process for the children and removes monotonous learning patterns.

It will be great if I can be given an opportunity to come and meet you personally to discuss further on my suitability to the position that you have a vacancy for right now. I will be glad to provide any additional information required by your school on my personal number 111-222-3333. Looking forward to meeting you soon.

Yours Sincerely,

Anthony J Gomes.
