Subject – Follow up letter to client after meeting

Respected Mr. Hardy,

This is a follow up letter from our firm, Frutt, Thomson and Jones LLP, to let you know that we have reached a common consensus regarding the case you had brought to us on the 9th of November 2013. Though the nature of the case is controversial (you being fired from your job on racial segregation), we have decided to take it up.

The case calls for a huge financial investment and if you think you are not financially stable enough to continue the case, we can treat it as a pro bono case. Given your current situation of being unemployed, we will make sure that the district attorney is not able to cut a deal with us that might not be in your best interest.

If the district attorney does make an offer, we will definitely discuss it with you, and then go ahead with the realisation of the offer.

Frutt, Thomson and Jones LLP, is always here to support you.

Yours Sincerely,

Eleanor Frutt
