I am writing this letter to inform you that you have been selected by the HR department of our company for interview session to be held on 10th August 2012 for the post of Marketing Executive. You should bring all your documents in original which will be verified by the concerned department of our company. You should reach our office at 11 o’clock sharp on the scheduled date as the interview process is expected to be completed in two steps. The first step will be personal interview while the second step will consist of aptitude test.
