Respected Sir,

I am writing this letter in reference to the interview rejection letter that you sent to me on 9th January 2014 and I would like to follow up regarding the rejection letter. First of all I wish to thank you for letting me know that you have hired someone else for the position of a financial representative. I truly accept the decision of the board of management of your company.

Through this letter, I would like to sincerely thank you for your time and efforts to consider my application letter and the resume. I kindly request you to please let me know about the reasons behind my rejection so that I can know my weak points and work on them for the growth of my career.

I would also request you to kindly keep my documents and resume in your records and update me about the future job vacancies if any, matching my profile.

I would like to once again thank you for your time. I look forward to hear from you regarding my weak points and areas of improvements so that I can perform better in future.
