I am writing this letter to give you a feedback about the interview in which you participated for the post of Production Manager on 25th July 2012.Your performance in the interview was good as per the performance report submitted to my office by the members of the interview panel. You would be glad to note that your name is in the top ten lists out of which three would be finally selected for the position. You score in technical and analytical section of the interview was outstanding but you failed to make your mark in the communication skills section. However you have the more number of years of on job experience when compared with all other candidates in the top ten list.
