Dear Sir,

This letter concerns your hotel’s special holiday offer, the holiday banquet package, that our family availed last December 19, 2010.  I regret to inform you that we have several complaints regarding the said package.

First, as per your company’s advertisement and brochure, we were scheduled to be accommodated as early as 8:00 AM of December 19.  We promptly arrived but were not received and provided a room for our lodging until lunchtime.  We let the service lapse pass and hoped to enjoy the rest of the day and the holiday dinner later in the day.  We were disappointed to experience another difficulty as we were not given a table immediately and had to wait for an hour before we were able to have dinner.

We hope for your immediate attention on the matter and take action as provided for in your package.
