Subject: Grievance letter to school board

Respected Sir

I am writing this letter to express my grievance against the school board selection committee of your school. I would like to inform you that I have applied online for the admission of my four year old son in the kindergarten class. Although my son has faired well in the written exams and answered almost all the question that was asked in the personal interview, I was taken by surprise when my son name was missing from the selected student list. I would like to know the reason of denying admission to my son even though he has all the qualities required for admission in your esteemed school. I think the members of the school board who are empowered for the selection of new students to the school are biased to some extent with their decisions.

I would request you being the head of the institution to look into the matter closely and take necessary action to maintain the decorum and the reputation of your school.

Yours’ sincerely

Ian Campbell
