Dated: 12th of June 2012

Subject: Letter for divorce agreement terms

Respected Mr. Miller,

This letter is in regards to the divorce filed by you against your wife. There are certain divorce settlement clauses that both of you need to agree to.

After divorce both you and your wife would be staying separately and can remarry only after six months completion of divorce formalities. The custody of your daughter, your only child remains with your wife and you have the court’s permission to visit your daughter once every week. You would still be sending alimony of 1000 pounds per month for the education and other expenses of your child. The house in which both of you are staying is currently under ownership of both of you. After divorce it will be completely yours provided you compensate your wife with fifty percent amount of the valuation of the house.

I am enclosing an agreement along with the letter. I request you to sign it and return it to the court if you agree to all the terms and conditions.

Regards,
