To,

Mr. Rowling,

TB T Shirt Dealer,

Worcestershire

Dear Mr Rowling,

I, Mr. Stephen, manager of the Eye Catchy T Shirt Printing Firm, am writing this letter to make you aware of the fact that your term as the dealer for the t shirts printed by our firm has been terminated. The consequence regarding the concerned matter has been discussed and hence there is no justification needed to be given for the termination of your term as the dealer for the t shirts printed by our firm.

There are certain formalities pending regarding the official termination of the deal between the two of us and hence I, hereby, appeal to you to co-operate for all the official formalities to be completed. I expect that you will show respect to the business relationship we had in the past couple of years and try to end this deal on a gracious note. I am hopeful that the two of us will work soon together.

Yours truly,

Mr. Stephen.
