Respected Mr. Nannes,

This letter is in reply to the complaint letter received from your end in regards to the service you received at our restaurant. I would like to apologize for the bad service you received and regret for the inconvenience caused.

We had received your complaint letter on 5th on June 2013 stating about the impolite behavior of one of our staffs towards you. Our restaurant believes in giving priority to good customer service. It is really embarrassing for us that you had to go through this. Our customer satisfaction team is reviewing the complaint received from your end and I can assure that we will take strong action against the staff who misbehaved with you. I also assure you that this will not repeat again. You are our privileged customer and we do not want to lose an important customer like you.

We are again sorry for the poor service and would like to offer a discount of fifty percent next time you dine at our restaurant.
