Subject: Complaint letter for bad service

Respected Sir,

As a loyal customer of your store for more than 4 years, I have always appreciated the kind of services that I received from your stores. To my surprise, on 14th August, while I came to shop for some grocery products, I received very poor services from your staff.

On the above mentioned date, I purchased all the needed grocery items and I made a move towards the billing counter for making payments. The person sitting on the counter was wearing a name tag of Jenny and she was busy talking to someone on phone. I asked her to draft a bill and she answered me that she would do it in next 5 minutes. After waiting for 15 minutes, she started off with her work and was doing at a very slow pace. Moreover the total of the bill was more than what I expected and I asked her to recheck the same. She replied in a very rude manner and said that if I did not like the prices, I should buy from somewhere else.

I was shocked to receive such poor services from your staff member. I would like you to please look into the matter and take necessary action against the concerned staff.
