Date: 3rd January 2013

Subject: Coast guard retirement letter.

Respected Sir,

Through this letter, I would like to inform you about my retirement notification. My retirement would be effective from 10th January 2012.

Through this letter, I would like to take the opportunity to inform you that I am reaching my retirement age from the service of being a coast guard. I would like to express my gratitude to you for providing me with an opportunity to work with you and serve you. It was a pleasant experience to work for 10 years at such a reputed organization like yours and constantly guarding the coasts to ensure safety. During my employment period, I have made sure that I work with best of my skills to operate and guard the maritime traffic in neighboring waters.

It is the time when I look forward for my retirement life. I will genuinely miss the working atmosphere, the co-workers, the on-time duties, meeting and get-together. I assure you that I would stay in contact with you all, during my retirement life.

For any kind of information that you may need, please feel free to contact me on 39294933.

Thanks!

Sincerely,

George Troy

Coast Guard
